 Tickets changed but they didn't announce that the time has changed as well .

 The organisation was awful.

 The show was amazing, however based on our ticket it was supposed to start at 7 pm. We realised some people had tickets for 8:15 pm and finally, the show started at 9pm. Two hours delay for people leaving their kids at home, is not acceptable.

 Anywhere I hear this name sponsoring another singer or show I will not attend for sure ! Everything was unorganized, people were complaining about long line, late performance.... It felt like the sponsor of this show only though about money and nothing else even the age of the singer !

 The ticket was for 7 pm. No one contacted to say that concert begin at 8:45! I did not get any email or text regarding this.

 Aref was fantastic, and we had a great time. However, I'm quite disappointed with the timing. It was scheduled to begin at 8:15 but was delayed by an hour.

 A 45-minute delay is unacceptable. Organizers need to enforce door closure times to respect attendees' schedules and commitment. Also it was a flat venue and didn't offer a good view. However Aref is an amazing artist and his great performance made up for the shortcomings

 The show started so late at 9 o'clock, he was tired from the flight and back to back performance, one song for 3 minutes 4 minutes talking! Yet he gave a break after one hour!! Ticket check line was as long as Corona vaccine lines in 13 degrees cold , very unorganized concert. Spend 500 dollars at tickets plus 150 on Ober only to get cold and go home disappointed after a break he gave .

 Aref's performance was absolutely amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! However, I was disappointed that the show started an hour late.
